This Must Make Goodell Happy

It appears that yesterday’s NFL Rookie Symposium got a bit interesting. The Tampa Bay Buc’s First Round draft pick Aqib Talib got into a fight with fellow Buc’s 7th round selection Cory Boyd. No word what caused the fight, but it had to be broken up by Green Bay Packers director of player development Rob Davis. This must of been good for team chemistry. This should make for an interesting training camp. Too bad, HBO isn’t doing Hard Knocks with them. Although it will be fun to watch TO and Pacman, I mean the player formerly known as Pacman, Adam Jones. Is it just me, or do you see a potential Puff Daddy like situation with Adam Jones and his names.
This isn’t the first time fireworks have happened at the Rookie Symposium. There was the time that Sean Taylor didn’t even show up and had to be fined. And my personal favorite when former NFL Player Esera Tualo came out of the closet, and talked to the Rookies about the hardships of the NFL, Tennessee Titans running back LenDale White asked Tualo “Is it offensive if I call you faggot, if you are a faggot?” Gotta love that USC education, Pete Carroll really makes sure they attend class. Just another day in the life of a player in the NFL.
