Bruins News

Look for the Bruins to be busy in the next few days. There’s talk about a possible trade with the New York Islanders, which would allow them to clear cap space for a D-Man, perhaps Markov?. Also their trying to move Aaron Ward aswell.

- The Celtics are said to be close to signing recently bought out veteran Adonal Foyle. He could be a solid veteran to come off the bench.

- Also there are reports out of Israel that Sarunas Jasikevicius maybe close to joining the Celtics or possibly the Miami Heat.

Asante Samuel

There are rumblings that Samuel and the Patriots may be near a deal. Now, I’m not sure if its a 1-year deal or if its a long term extension, but the sides are said to be close to an agreement.
